Firefox is the preferred browser for secure web browsing. It is both open source and has a framework for 'Add ons' (extensions). This means that security minded communities have used Firefox as the web browser to which they have contributed and we get to use those contributions.
Go to https://www.mozilla.org and download Firefox. Choose the language that you want (English, Danish etc.).
This document is based on the English (US) version.
Run the installer. Done.
Note: below is shown how to get to Options and Add-ons (for this version of Firefox; they keep moving it around), which we will be using.
